Our current projects include a seventeen lot development of green homes in Brunswick, Maine, independent lots in Brunswick and a few lots in Topsham, Maine. We provide contractor services building green, affordable ultra-efficient homes. Landicity builds high-performance, highly-engineered Unity Homes in Mid-Coast Maine and the surrounding locations. We offer lots for sale as well as standard packages on our lots or your land along with custom build options.

Douglas Ridge Development
Douglas Ridge Estates features 17 home lots. The development seamlessly melds into its surroundings—highlighting the abundance of nature, steams, ridges, privacy and land while honoring the earth and the people who inhabit it. Every aspect of the development is designed with green building, living, and practices in mind.
The development abuts 280+ acres of protected conservation land.

We are a builder of UNITY HOMES, and proud to represent a company paving the way with some of the greenest and most healthy home building practices available today. Ultra-efficient, solar-ready, flexible building grid, and built to last hundreds of years.
Our packages begin with a base package, with multiple options available.
If you have your own land, or require a location other than what we currently have available, you can still hire us to be the general contractor for your project.
