Landicity Passport
I. Passport Rewards
When you join Landicity you are becoming a Steward Citizen and thus, should have a Passport from your new domain. When implemented in the future yet to be named date, the Passport will be an additional Member benefit for you.
When you show or provide your Passport identification number, various sponsors, businesses, organizations, and retailers will provide special discounts for you as a Landicity Steward. Whether you visit at or near the land or are using the internet, you will be able to obtain services, products, and other adventures at a discount.
So, even if you never actually set foot on the land, you get the benefit of your Landicity Passport.
The nature and specific discounts, specials, and programs will vary from sponsor to sponsor. But, all members will receive a discount on Landicity Products.
From time to time, Landicity will also host special events, contests, and fund raising activities for all eligible Members possessing the Landicity Passport.
II. Eligibility
You must be a qualified member as either a Charter Member or regular member of Landicity. These qualifications require the purchase of one Landicity Steward Membership with unique use rights to a Home Squard™. Landicity officers, employees and any of its affiliate employees are not eligible.
III. Availability
At this time the Passport is not available and is a future anticipated benefit to all qualified members. Availability will be announced on www.landicity.com and we anticipate informing all Landicity Steward Members by email.
IV. Program Period
Landicity reserves the right to implement, modify the terms and/or cancel the Passport Program, at its sole discretion, at any time. The Program will become available when posted on our www.landicity.com website.
V. Copyright and Marks
The copyrights, trademarks, service marks and other rights to the materials on the www.landicity.com website are owned by Landicity-Maine LLC (“Landicity”) and/or its subsidiaries worldwide. You are authorized to view, download and reproduce the materials at this Website only for your internal information provided that you 1) retain all notices contained in the original materials 2) only use images with surrounding text relating to the images, and 3) include the following copyright notice: © Landicity-Maine LLC. VI. Passport Program
You have read, understand, and agree to the Passport agreement and rules as a condition of joining as a Landicity Steward Membership and using the Landicity Passport Program (the “Passport”). The Passport agreement is underdevelopment at this time.
VII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by relevant Maine and federal laws. Consent is hereby granted by both parties to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts situated in Cumberland County, Maine U.S.A.
