1. Are payments through the Landicity.com site secure? Yes. All credit card payments are processed using an encrypted 128 bit SSL connection.

2. Are there any annual fees and how much are they? Yes, but during our Charter Member period it is forever waived. There is a small annual maintenance fee currently set at $4 and $10 for Squard and Squarp respectively as stated on the site due on the anniversary of your one time purchase.

3. Are there taxes or charges due? No, not taxes just an annual renewal fee to keep all your rights up to date. But, with any membership and undivided interests of property there are necessary re-occurring costs to carry and maintain the property.

4. Can I divide or aggregate my Home Squard? No. Subdivision of any home place is not allowed; nor is the aggregation of any number of home places allowed.

5. Can I make money on the land? Nada - you should not expect to -- just nada. Landicity is not a fee simple real estate or financial investment.

6. Can I really go to the land for real? Yes, but we tightly manage individual access for the benefit of the land and to ensure members do not love it to death.

7. Can I sell or swap the land? Sure but wait, there are limits. You must retain your membership and can not re-sell, convey, transfer, or assign your deed before the first anniversary of your purchase and/or gift registration.

8. Can I use my membership for legal or resident status?No, but you do become a Landicity Citizen and have no legal or resident status. But nice try though. There is no lawful claim or benefits of this nature. We highly recommend you keep your current legal status and place of residence.

10. Do I really own the land? Yes, but only if you are a member and as a condition of the Landicity Steward Membership once our Charter Member offering period is complete.

12. How long will I own the land?You are entitled to own the land forever if you wish. You must maintain your Landicity Stewardship Membership with all its rights by renewing it on an annual basis. See annual fees elsewhere here and on the site.

14. What are the shipping times and delivery options? We ship UPS ground or UPS overnight fastest method which ever you select.

15. What does my Landicity Stewardship Membership get me? Besides an undivided membership interest in the larger parcel, you get many benefits, rights, and uses obtained through the purchase of your Squarp or Squard Landicity Steward Membership.

16. What happens if Landicity vaporizes? Not what we are working towards, but if it does happen the web site may no longer be available depending on how we disappear. Our vision is to flourish with multiple Landicity Projects around the globe. Should this unlikely event occur, all the lawyers will square off and mess things up a bit

17. What size is the package I receive when I place an order? Almost as big as your Squard. Just kidding. You will get a large package with all the documentation including the Landicity Stewardship Deed. The basic package includes: Landicity Membership identification, your deed, documentation, brief directions to the property and a sketch map. We may change the package contents from time to time, but you will always get the basics. Squark Landicity Stewardship Deed is only a softcopy for your own color printing and does not include any of the material sent with a Squard. While Squark Landicity Stewardship Deeds receive a softcopy deed, they are essentially just visitors with visa.

18. Where is the land located? The pilot area is 41 acres and is situated in the Tomhegan Township north of Rockwood, Maine at the Ten Mile Road.
