Are there taxes or charges due?

No, not taxes just an annual renewal fee to keep all your rights up to date. But, with any membership and undivided interests of property there are necessary re-occurring costs to carry and maintain the property. Landicity is responsible for all re-occurring cost associated with the ownership burdens of taxes, maintenance and insurance, repairs and land management. These costs are waived for you by Landicity and you are exempt from them.
