We are building a Landicity Experiential Conservation Internet Platform in which we make it affordable for you to own large tracts of wild lands - but " with a twist."

As a purchasing member YOU will create and define the easement and sustainable community - a community engaged in a new type of experienial conservation.  Our (and your) approach is unlike other non-profit and conservation easement holders.  The primary difference is that you and the rest of the members decide and vote on the sustainable issues and what and how to place land in an open and transparent easement.

You're empowered to own, steward and determine sustainalbe management of the land and get a Landicity Stewardship Deed too!

The steps include:

• We begin the pilot in Maine on 41 acres and grow to ~1,200 acres
• When enough members join, we will purchase a larger tract of ~1,200 acres and transfer Landicity Stewardship Deeds from the pilot to the large tract
• You purchase a Landicity Steward Membership and get:
  1. A Landicity Stewardship Deed (see what you get)
  2. Landicity Passport
  3. Voting Rights
  4. Your own designated Home Parcel - SquarD or SquarP
  5. Right to name your Squard or Squarp
  6. Own the coordinates of your SquarD or SquarP
• You as a Landicity Member may:
  1. Build an experiential conservation commuity with an ownership stake
  2. Decide how best to place ~1,200 acres into conservation area
  3. Recommend a Friend provides money for funds
  4. Vote to donate money to various nature, ecology, community funds (The Landicity Fund)
  5. Maintain open and transparent conservation area easement
  6. Help determine sustainable management for the benefit of community, nature, and the land
  7. May receive 'products off the land' (wreath, maple sugar, plant a tree) as part of sustainable management
  8. Help build content - profiles, sharing, photos, stories, web cams, sensors, audio capture, info about animals and habitat and niche products you may want members to purchase
  9. Help determine the next state, country or general location we open up next
